1990 Corvette Convertible - VIN: 1G1YY3382L5112426 - L98 350cu 245hp: I purchased this off EBay in 2013 (for $10k) for my collection and it has pretty much sat idle for nearly 5 years, at most accumulating 5 miles over that time. Unfortunately, I recently retired and it's time to "downsize"...so this is the start...No Reserve! Enjoy! One of only 638 documented in Dark Red Metallic with only 48097 miles. This is a 3 owner, Florida &TN owned, dry climate, non-smoker car, that has always been kept indoors. It is optioned twith: Dual power seats, Bose CD system, climate control a/c, and G92 performance axle. No Accidents & a perfect CARFAX. Have all of the booklets, window sticker, most service records, and build sheet. The Dark Red metallic paint shows well, there are however 2 small spider cracks on the hood which are normal for a car of this age. The exterior features are in exceptional condition. The convertible roof has no wear, tears, and the rear plastic window is clear. The wheels have no abuse and the tires have appx. 75% on front and 95% rears. Always hand detailed inside and out. The exterior is nice w minor wear. The Black interior still looks, feels, and maintains a crisp appeal. As you can see in the pics, the seats are not worn much at all, and the flooring is wear, fade, and damage free. The door panels, dash, center console, faceplates, are in tact. All of the interior buttons / switches ( power windows, door locks, cruise, antenna, and 6 way power seats work*, with the exception of the fwd/rev of the driver seat). The Bose stereo system still rocks. The undercarriage is clean and corrosion free. Inside, it is a 9.75 / 10. Mechanically, it starts, idles smoothly. The car has not been driven or serviced in the last 5 years so I would not plan to pick this vette up and immediately drive it home, unless you live in Memphis ! The car has been started and idled for at least 2 minutes every 2 months and consistently starts on the first attempt w/o hesitation. The engine compartment / undercarriage are clean & dry. If anyone is looking to own and drive a nice, clean example of a 1990 Vette, here you go...and No Reserve...I just retired & it's time to downsize... Cons: The tachometer and the electric motor for the forward and reverse function of the driver seat, are not functioning.
