I have for auction a 1956 Chevy Bel Air. The three things the car has going for it are:

1) its a 56 Chevy 2 door!

2) it has a clear Missouri title in my name!

3) the belair dash is complete with everything from clock to keys!

The car has typical 56 Chevy rust. I paid to have the car media blasted, there is no filler left in the body.I would suggest full floor and trunk floor. The drivers quarter panel was replaced, sometime during the cars life, with pop rivets and brazing.The carhas the usual 56 Chevy rust in the rockers and passenger side roof. The chassis has 1 rust hole on the passenger side(where they all rust). The rear axle was disassembled when I got the car. I don't have the pumpkin, but the car does roll. I have very little trim, interior or exterior, for the car. I do have a split bench seat (that will need re-covered), it fits in the car, but it is not from a 56. I have the back glass, and the door glass is good, but I am missing the drivers rear glass and windshield. The front clip has not been blasted, it also has typical 56 Chevy rust.I do NOT have a hood for the car.

Now more positive: Its a 56 Chevy 2 door post. If a person were looking for a long term project to build this would be a cheap start. It could be built as a Gasser, cruiser, or restored to drive.

I will send more pics as requested, and answer questions to the best of my ability.

I do have some 56 Chevy parts available for sale separately but the winning bidder will have first option.

I have a low reserve on the car, but if I see we are close toward the end of the auction, I will lower it as needed.

The car is sold As Is and is available for pickup in Carthage Missouri. Must be paid in full and picked up by no later than seven days after auction ends unless other arrangements are mutually agreed to prior to auction close. Thanks for the interest and happy bidding.
