Description for Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1949

1949 Chevy Bel Air 4 door sedan 3 speed manual shift. Has 215 inline 6 engine that appears to be froze could not turn by hand. Body has some surface rust. Dog legs and fenders have very little rust rot. rockers have some rust thru as does the floor. Someone attempted to sheet medal the floor using pop rivets to fasten it together. Trunk looks ok from the bottom we haven't attempted to open the trunk yet as we have no keys. Most of the interior parts are there some may be in the trunk as well.
