Description for Chevrolet Blazer 1974
Very sought after full convertible Chevrolet Blazer. Good condition, decent paint. 350 motor with manual 4 speed transmission. Starts and runs well, shifts as it should. New Bosch Premium Gel Battery. I have a full hard top for it, but it needs painted. I was going to do it, but I decided to let the new owner do it and pick the color they want. I've never had the top on, it's been garage kept since I've owned it (about 3 years). The windshield does have a small crack, I've purchased a replacement and it comes with it, including the rubber seal. A few bubbles in the paint, I've tried to show them in the pictures. Not a show truck, but a nice driver. The dash and door panels have been covered in a heavy fabric, dash looks okay, door cards could be better. Actually the door cards on there work, but are not the right ones. New door cards are available online. The gas gauge isn't working, never has since I've owned it. The gauge itself looks new, so it leads me to believe the problem is with the wiring or sending unit. Truck has been repainted at some point in its life, not sure the extent of the body work that was done. 3" suspension lift. 33" tires, good tread, a hint of dry rot on the passenger side tires, but all hold air. Has aftermarket audio system. Seats look original and have no rips, holes, or stains. I love this truck, but I just don't drive it enough, so I've decided to let it go. I have done nothing to it since I've owned it, except buy a new battery. I've describe this truck to the best of my ability and have probably picked at more than I should, but I want the buyer to know exactly what they're getting. Remember it's a 45 year old vehicle. Feel free to ask any questions. Truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction early.
