Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1969
Own a piece of Rare Custom Corvette Car History.Up for sale is this 1969 Custom 427 four speed Corvette T-Top Coupe. Only a few custom exist today. The custom Corvette craze spanned from the early 60s to the mid 70s, Then tapered out in the mid 80s. Corvette owners that wanting to stand out from the rest, would have the dealer or custom body shop, install an Eklers Corvette body kit, and have it custom painted. The custom Corvette owner had that extra cash and wanted the cooler Corvette. Knowing this we decided to restore this Vette to its original custom condition as it was originally done in the 70s. An 80s dash and newer style Corvette seats were installed at an unknown date.As time past from the 60s to present date, almost all of these dated custom Vettes were bought up by collectors and Corvette enthusiast, then restored back to stock bringing these custom Vettes to a near total extinction.
