Description for Chevrolet Chevelle 1970
This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle has been given the full midnight treatment. And it has the performance big block, five-speed stick, four-wheel disc brakes, and upgraded suspension to back up its sinister look. But you get to enjoy this intimidating total package from the comfort of a custom A/C interior. The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle is already a muscle car icon. And this one upgrades the forceful attitude to the extreme. It takes are careful eye to get a full blackout package like this. First, you need a very straight body, because imperfections can't hide from this slick mirror-like black. Then you have to really pay attention to the details. The bumpers, hood pins, side mirrors, door handles, trim, and nearly every other piece was expertly converted to the dark side. Even the large Boyd Coddington alloys are part of this midnight stalker package. It all comes together so that the bright headlights look like menacing eyes lurking in the shadows. And the reason why all of this is so menacing because this is a fresh build with only about 100 miles on the total package since completing restoration. Just like the exterior, the interior is dark and very custom. This is still a roomy Chevelle, and so there's a big back seat. Plus, you have nice features for passengers like ice-cold R134a air conditioning and an AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth. But this is far more than just a coddling cruiser. You know it the moment you sit down in the well-bolstered Bomz Racing leather seats up front. The wood and chrome sports steering wheel (power steering) gives you an excellent view of the full AutoMeter Pro-Comp gauge package that's set in a carbon fiber panel. And have you counted the gears on the Hurst shifter yet? When a build looks this mean on the outside, you hope for an engine bay that looks just as intimidating as this one. You're looking at a 454 big block motor with a tidy setup and plenty of blackout trim. This crate V8 was installed only a few months ago, and it has all the right performance components. This includes a huge Quick Fuel 950 CFM four-barrel carburetor, Chevrolet Performance hi-rise intake, aluminum water pump, aluminum pulleys, MSD ignition, and ceramic coated headers that feed the Flowmaster dual exhaust. And you are in total control of this monster motor and its thunderous soundtrack thanks to the Richmond five-speed manual transmission. This feeds a stout Ford 9-inch rear end with limited slip differential. And as you look at the undercarriage photos, you can see there was a ton spent on the suspension. This includes QA1 adjustable coilovers, Hotchkis sway bars front & rear, a reinforced rear end, and Baer drilled & slotted four-wheel disc brakes. There are even great thoughtful touches like a rear diff oil cooler and aluminum radiator w/dual electric fans â€" that helps keep everything running cool no matter if you're on the track or stuck in traffic. Complete with build receipts, you're looking at an awesome total blackout custom creation utilizing one of the most iconic muscle cars ever. Yes, this is the best of everything, and if you hurry, it can all be yours. Call today!!!
