1972 Chevy El Camino350 / 350I'm selling this 72 El Camino because I would like to move on to a new project. It has a 350 paired to a turbo 350 trans. It also has a "Crane Cam" and a brand new MSD HEI distributor and starts and runs with no problems. no matter the temperature outside! 12 bolt rear end!Recently took it to an A/C shop to fill the old compressor and it made a small noise so I replaced the old. original "boat anchor" with an updated aluminum one. I also replaced the heater core and had the shop go completely through the entire heating and cooling system including mixing doors etc. I still have the old compressor (which worked great but made a little noise)if you want the original type one. All the other parts that needed to be replaced. were!Including the actuators. Also. It has a brand new aluminum radiator and the engine was flushed to fix it 100% the right way! The repaint is above average and is old enough to prove its worth. 3+ years old. Some small road chips. as this is a very reliable daily driven car. I have a very small commute but I've driven it around long enough to know it doesn't have overheating problems. Never raced or abused. It has all the necessary conveniences to make the drive better than an old Cadillac: Power Steering. Power Brakes (Disc front. Drum rear). and (updated) Factory Air Conditioning. It also has what seems to be a custom tailored leather interior that was done VERY WELL. Including the headliner. dash top. seats are plush leather with what I think is suede to take the blunt of the wear and last longer. Looks brand new. The side doors also seem to be leather and original parts. The back wall is leather with a nice sounding audio setup that works and sounds great. The "smugglers box" in the back was molded into the leather with a slightly bigger than normal sized glove box to make a small. waterproof trunk for emergency things like a jack. some tools. and such. The trunk is Line-X and shows no signs of wear. It also comes with a custom Tonneau Cover with an excellent fit that's held tight with bowed wood so it doesn't flap in the wind and keeps it nice and aerodynamic. Comes with a spare tire as well. This car is a great immediate candidate for a ramjet. race setup. daily. pro touring type car. lsx conversion. or whatever else you'd want or of course keep it stock and running great as is! It's been very well taken care of. garaged. and the most rust free car from the 70s that I have ever seen. It doesnt require emissions but with the new law. I took the extra precaution to just go ahead and do it in case it needed it. Passed with flying colors. Have so many receipts that go with the car too for the little things like restored headlights. new chrome for almost everywhere. new tires. etc. There are so many great things about this car that it should be almost impossible to pass up at this kind of price! People hit me up everywhere to talk about their hot rods and how its nice to see a non-abused classic and that it looks well taken care of. which it is! There is a lot of time. heart. and soul poured into this car and it shows. I am open to trade offers. full or partial either way but please don't low ball me. This is a steal as it is and I am already losing money at this price but it's what I feel its worth. Prefer gm cars. Really interested in something like a G8 gt. or newer corvettes. camaros. GTO. tc.
