Up for sale is one very nice 1988 Corvette. This is a two owner car and always garaged,never driven is severe weather. Only 47970 original miles are on the car. It is the hard to find Port fuel injection L98 motor with aluminum heads, roller cam, higher compression, and the Doug Nash 4+3 transmission. The Over Drive transmission is triggered both by manifold vacuum and RPM. (rare)Wide open throttleshiftsautomatically out of overdrive and instantly doubles RPM in 2nd 3rd and 4th gears. Manual button on gear shift forces overdrive lock out, whendesired.K&N air filter has been installed, and headlight gears are upgraded to machined brass. (not plastic) Frequently serviced, with new battery, new "Z" rated tires with less than 500 miles on them, new front end bra comes with as dose the new roof panel bag. New alternator, new electric rear hatch, new power antenna and more. All parts used were new GM or AC Delco original's. It's just had a fresh trans oil & filter change and engine service. Theoriginal build sheet, window sticker, originaldealer's invoice and shop manuals all come with the car. ThisVet is painted in the rare color Dark Red Metallic andpaint isoriginal. It has the removable Targa Topthat stores in the rear storage compartment under hatch when driving andthe new storage bag comes with it. Interior is all original In Saddle Leather showing some light ware on the drivers seat backbut everything else on the inside looks new.Air-conditioning, power steering, power brakes,tilt/tely steering wheel, power locks & windows, both seats 8 way power, AM FM cassette, GM sound system, and all digital instrumentation. Everything works as it should except cruise control, butnew sencers and vacuum assembly, come with,(not yet installed.) It dose have one small body chip on the hood, drivers side fender well edge. (please look at pictures closely) This Corvette runs and drives like new with lots of power. (Fun) A beautiful Car!
