Description for Chevrolet Camaro 1967
Up for sale is this beautiful Canary yellow 1967 Chevy Camaro RS convertible. This is a real deal Rally Sport (not a clone) and also has the rare factory power top option that works great. The car was professionally re-done a few years ago from top to bottom, inside and out with only a few thousand miles since the restoration. It has always been stored inside and never driven in bad weather. The body is extremely solid and is in above average condition for a car this age. The paint is excellent with no dents or dings with the exception of 2 tiny little cracks in the paint on the passenger side corner right by the convertible top (see pics 23 and 24). The sub-frame and rear chassis are both very solid with no indication that the car has ever been wrecked or damaged. Weld in sub-frame connectors have been installed along with tubular control arms up front. Power comes from a healthy 400 small block Chevy engine that runs as good as it looks. Engine has full MSD ignition along with a serpentine front accessory drive system (no old squeaky V-belts!). Transmission is a built Turbo 350, rear axle is a GM 10 bolt. Stopping comes from a Wilwood boosted master along with disc brakes at all 4 corners. Wheels are custom 17" front and 18" rear Rally wheels with like new condition BF Goodrich GForce TA tires. 225/45zr17s up front and 255/45zr18s in the rear. Wheels are painted the original rally wheel "argent silver" and look fantastic. Interior is mint with no visible wear marks or holes, tears etc. The convertible top is equally nice. Overall this car is very fun to drive and gets a lot of attention everywhere it goes. It is a very nice quality car that is easy to drive and operate. We have had our fun with it but have too many other projects and cars so this one needs a new home. I will add a buy it now price for serious buyers. Car is located in Liberty Township Ohio approx 25 miles north of Cincinnati. A $500 deposit is due within 24hrs of the auction ending and full payment due within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping/transporting. Clear Ohio title. Car will not leave the garage until all funds have been received. Please email with any questions. Thanks for looking!
