All together, they sold 6,759 Collector Edition Corvette's and it was the first Corvette ever to break the $20k sale price. Listed at $22,527.59, it was considerably more advanced and expensive than the first year C3, a 1968 coupe that retailed for $4,600. This particular car is believed to be just a two-owner vehicle, our client purchasing it through Pro Team Corvette in Ohio who acquired it from the original owner. Our client has owned the car for ten years and with how clean and original the car is, it's hard to believe it has over 100k miles.
