58 Chebby truck.This truck body is in really good condition. The "usual" bad rust spots are clean! The whole drive train is from a newer 1999/2000 3/4 ton /2500 truck. 5.7 LS motor and the 4L85 trans. The build was not completed by previous owner but most the hard work is done. I had to remove a couple of the bed board to access gas tank filler. I bought the truck at an salvage/theft vehicle auction online with the only description of a few pics and that it runs and drives. No previous history is known. Brought the truck home and I was in the dog House again! "Thought we agreed no more projects" she said. Anyhow all that being said ...
Ive done some sorting out on the Truck. Good set of tires,
New power steering gearbox and pump, Brakes are good.
Truck needs
Finish gas tank filler and bed wood
Check electrical, tail lites dash and so on New wiring is in place but not all final connections are completed.
