IT STOPS STRAIGHT WITH NO PULLS. ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. THIS BEAUTY APPEARS TO BE CLEAN, SOLID AND DAMAGE FREE INCLUDING THE UNDERCARRIAGE.

INTERIOR VERY NICE. NEW DOOR RUBBER & WINDOW FELT. ALL LIGHTS IN/OUT WORK INCLUDING OVERHEAD CONSOLE. GAS GAGE WORKS. E-BRAKE WORKS.TIRES (FRONT P205/75R14 & REAR 215/70R15), BRAKES EXCELLENT. ALL GLASS VERY NICE. BUMPERS STRAIGHT. BED SOLID AND LOOKS GREAT. PAINT SHINY BUT NOT SHOW QUALITY.

THERE IS NO REASON WHY YOU COULDN'T TAKE THIS WELL-DONE EXAMPLE OF AMERICAN MUSCLE TO ANY LOCAL OR REGIONAL CAR SHOW AND BE THE ONLY ONE THERE WITH AN S10 AS UNIQUE AS THIS ONE.

All Ownership, Insurance and/or Liabilities associated with the operation and/or maintenance will be transferred directly from the seller to the buyer at the time financial payment is remitted in full.

Buyer also agrees that buyer has conducted all desired inspections of the vehicle (including title history and mechanical / cosmetic inspections) before agreeing to purchase this vehicle by private party and desires to purchase this vehicle with or without such knowledge of such history and/or inspections.

Buyer further agrees and acknowledges that Seller has made no representation regarding the vehicle except those representations that are made in writing and signed / agreed upon between buyer and seller. Buyer further understands that Seller shall not be responsible in any way, for claims of any kind arising from the vehicle defects, whether obvious at the time of sale.

Payment Methods

CASH IN PERSON OR CERTIFIED FUNDS. I DO NOT USE PAYPAL. Neither the vehicle nor the title will be released until all funds have cleared.

Payment Terms

Buyer pays a 10% down payment within 48 hours of end of auction. Balance is due within 5 business days of the end of auction. Seller accepts certified funds,or cash in person. Seller reserves the right to end this auction at any time, for any reason. The vehicle will not be available for delivery until all financial transactions have been completed.

If the winning bidder fails to pay the non-refundable 10% down payment within 48 hours of end of auction or does not pay the remaining balance within the five (5) business day period, the seller has the right to refuse the sale and any payment to the seller will not be returned to the buyer.

Inspection

I fully welcome a buyer's private inspection. I will gladly show the vehicle in person or assist any bidder who wishes to have a private party inspect the vehicle, but this must be done prior to auction ending. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred. If you are the high bidder and wish to inspect the vehicle after the auction ended, you must pay the 10% down payment first.
