Description for Chevrolet El Camino 1981

81 El Camino with 82 front clip, this was a frame off resto-mod, frame coated in chassis saver NO rust on body panels, floors were rusted out and patched, under body coated in bed liner, bumpers tucked. Trailing arms boxed, all new poly bushings, engine is a fresh built (320 miles) LT1 with t56 6 speed (new clutch), moser axles, 3.42 gears LT1 out of 95 trans am, stock other than some porting, and a LT4 hotcam and 1.6 roller rockers, rebuild - main/rod/cam bearings and rings, everything else was fine. interior is a combo of home made, trans am gauges and el camino stuff. all new weatherstripping, windows were converted to electric but roll up slow because the wire used in the switches is undersized. just painted but still needs wet sanding/polishing. there is a couple runs in the clear (3 coats) 325 miles since rebuild. NO RESERVE AUCTION! we are moving and have to sell.
