Chevy Custom Deluxe C/20 (3/4 ton) restored 9 years ago. Bodywork repairs to a few spots and almost everything else was new. Repainted to original paint colors (codes in glove box). 350 CI crate motor. headers. 3” exhaust. performance intake. Holley 4 BBL carb (with spare). Turbo-Hydromantic auto transmission. Electric cooling fan w/ thermocouple control. AC works. Completely redone interior. new glass/mirrors. split rear window. Speakers installed. radio wired but never chosen. Rebuilt 4. 11 rear end with GearVendors overdrive (a $5000+ mod). Bed in double thick Rhinoliner. Garage kept. primarily used as an airplane tug and driven around the neighborhood. Just over 1600 miles since restoration. It has 2” receiver hitches front and rear. hasn’t towed a trailer since I restored it. just airplanes for short distances. A few minor issues have cropped up over time: a little rust on the mag wheels. windshield wiper motors don’t work (I never drive it at night or in the rain… it is a nice day only truck). a few small things like that. It is a great truck. a head turner and makes great noise. Currently at Spinks Airport. Fort Worth. It needs a new home and is a real find for her new owner.
