This is a highly detailed and extremely well engineered REAL DEAL/ALL STEEL custom street rod with clear Florida title We have taken great time to express the quality within the pictures below but they do not begin to show the level of build. The car has been a trophy winning show car quality build for the last few decades but in 2011 the car undergone a meticulous and very expensive frame off nut and bolt restoration/update from top to bottom inside and out. During the restoration many modern upgrades were made so that this car would be a pleasure to drive and continue its show winning status as one of the cleanest 38 coupes around. If your looking for a high end street rod you have found it. this car has everything to offer that most new cars do and drives like one to. Over $100k and countless man hours have been invested into this car. and a folder with "EVERY' bill and documentation has been kept and included with the car and pictured below. Body:The body is all steel. and extremely solid. Every part of this car inside and out was gone through during its update in 2011. It was painted using only the best of the best in materials mainly DuPont systems (base/clear) in a color called Noble Spinel pearl. The color is unreal in the light. a very deep metallic maroon with a smooth as glass and flawless topcoat describes it best. The pictures do not do the car justice although displaying the effects achieved with the pearl in the light are highly visible. The grill and bumpers are smoothed stainless with powder coated brackets. Smoothie Fab running boards with stainless fasteners. It was undercoated front to rear and underneath looks incredible considering this car is driven to shows not trailered. A set of one off removable hood sides were made for the car you can ride with or without and store them away in there custom made covers while not in use. All the seals have been replaced this car is water tight no leaks. noises. squeaks or rattles. The windows are smoked glass with all trims. felts and seals new. the vent wings are mechanical and it all works effortlessly. Interior:The completely custom and spacious leather interior offers great comfort. you will easily forget your driving a 80 year old car sitting behind the wheel. With a Gen2 Vintage air A/C-heat-defrost with streamline billet controls and vents you will find comfort in any temperature. A Dakota digital cruise control keeps the speed in check on the highway. while Omega gauges monitor engine vitals. Its all mounted in the customs dash with billet controls. knobs and trim. All the window and door trim has been chromed and is flawless. and the window/door cranks are Billet specialties. A flaming river tilt column with Billet specialties steering wheel and billet pedals give you the control. A B&M mega shifter gets the 4spd automatic through the gears mounted in a custom made console with cup holders. A Sony receiver w/cd and four corner speakers jam out the tunes. Its all tied together with a beautiful tan leather interior with later model bucket seats with Lexus carpet and custom floor mats. The late model seats were a excellent fit and sit very nice extremely comfortable at any distance. From top to bottom its as flawless as it looks in the pictures. The same can be said for the trunk. paneled and pleated with the same leather and carpet giving this car a extremely classy touch making it a highly desired street rod. Engine:The power plant was also upgraded in 2011 to a balanced & blueprinted 350/385hp Small block built by D&J performance engines. A full description of the engine specs is featured in the pictures below. Its all billet clad with 3 deuce 4G carbs w/progressive linkages and extremely reliable. Its has all stainless braided lines for A/C-Heat and brake lines coated headers. chrome alternator. compressor. billet brackets and pulleys. A Walker cobra radiator manages the cooling with electric fans and shroud. A Mallory electric fuel system and MSD distributer give it all the life while sitting in a highly detailed and very clean engine compartment. Custom latches. locks. and hood rods were fabricated so that it all could be shown off in style at every show. A performance built 700R4 4speed auto transmission gets it through the gears to a 57 non posi rear-end. This complete setup was put together for constant reliability with mild performance in mind. Words cannot describe how great this engine combo runs I compare it to a late model fuel injection for smooth idle and power. I would drive this car across the country and back at the drop of a hat. Chassis:The frame rails are all original and It was converted to a mustangII independent front suspension in its early years. The conversion was professionally done and looks great. It has CPP power disc brakes with billet Master cylinder and chrome booster with braided stainless lines. The rear-end is out of a 1957 Bel-air its all new internals and non posi. It was all stripped and painted in 2011. The wheels are NEW 17” chrome Riddler with new Khumo P215/45/17R front and P225/60/R17 rear tires. Its extremely clean considering this car is driven regularly. This car is a masterpiece in every aspect.
