Description for Chevrolet C-10 1980

This project has gone on long enough & wife says "sale it"! Great stepside for sale. Runs & drives great. I describe it as "fun, not fast". Truck has a freshened up 305 with a TH350. Long tubes, 40 series Flowmasters & 2.5in exhaust. Truck sounds great & has good power.
Truck was painted GM code Red Orange last summer. Only the cab was left on the frame. Zero rust. Truck looks red in low light & orange in full sun. Professionally upholstered seat is pleated, with added foam on the sides and center. Fabric is legit old school & won't be found anywhere. Plaid with orange and red. Most interior components are new, including carpet with sound dampening. A/C will blow cold for ~1 minute, then make a squealing noise. Never ran the A/C, so I never cared to troubleshoot.
Static drop 4.5/6 & sits perfectly level! I have new body mounts for it, but never installed them due to the perfect stance. Ash hardwood bed with stainless strips. New bumpers, mirrors & grill. Truck has unique single square eyes & egg crate grill, only available for 1980 models. New window seals & weather stripping. Sits on 17x8(235) & 17x9(275). Tires have less than 3000 miles on them. Bed rails have been filled in & the tail lights have been lowered from factory height. Many more new parts on the truck, I'm just trying hit all the big areas.
This truck is fun and reliable. The only areas that need to be noted are:-the master cylinder just started to leak this week. I plan on installing a new one to correct.-engine will somke if left to idle for lengthy periods or not driven often.-small oil leak, 2 or 3 drops in two weeks time. This could be from the valve covers(new), but haven't troubleshooted yet.-A/C as previously stated.-I have the tailgate painted, ready to install.-I have the hood spings, but they are not on. I don't want to chance bowing the hood.
I've driven the truck less than 3k miles in the three years that I've owned it. Most of those miles came from a one hour commute to my work, windows down at 65mph. I did all the hard work, now time for someone to enjoy. This truck would be PERFECT with a crate or LS in it. If I had done that, I'd be asking $24k.
