This '67 is a wonderful "easy" driving car with the 3:36 rear axle and M21 transmission. However, step on the gas, and starting at 2700 rpm, the car roars to life with the fore and aft carbs opening up.Fast car.

While there are no power options, the car is optioned with leather seats, telescopic steering wheel, speed minder buzzer, rear shoulder belts, transistor ignition, and AM-FM radio. Rear axle is 3:36.

The car has never been hit or bumped. The frame has never been rusted or currently has any rust. The "birdcage" has never been rusted or currently has any rust. There are many inspection markings, tags, body mount tape, shim markings, etc. underneath.

The original factory applied paint is very good for being original. The top surfaces are the weakest with some chipping and cracking. The areas below the belt line are excellent! The areas above the belt line are very good. All what you would expect from lacquer paint from 1967.

The car can be shown (and lightly driven but not recommending you do that) with an original non-dot set of 775 Goodyear Power Cushions or regularly driven with a new set of Michelin radials mounted on a second set of DC rally wheels.

Not many, in fact very few, 1967 L68 convertibles that can boast of both Top Flight and 4 Star Bowtie. The car could be NCRS Flight judged again if desired or taken to Bloomington as it has not been judged in that venue. If you are looking for a showroom condition car, then this car is not for you. The car would do very well in the Survivor series at Bloomington.

Or just enjoy the car and appreciate the fact it has survived 52 years free from the hands of restoration, and that's the way it should stay.
