Complete with clear title. The 283 engine pictured is not part of this auction and will be removed prior to shipping. BUT. if you absolutely positively have to have it. the engine was running when parked just the day before disassembly. It is STD bore. and can be yours for only $900 on top of your winning bid. The auction is for everything else that you see pictured. The V-8 bell housing. clutch parts and Saginaw three speed all are included!!!This chassis fits all 1965 and 1966 Chevrolet Impala. Impala Super Sport. Bel Air. Biscayne. Caprice hardtop cars. Fits both two-door and four door hardtops and sedans. Comes with all the parts that YOU NEED for a four-speed conversion. Before we get to the specifics. please understand that this chassis WILL NOT FIT any convertible or station wagon bodies. It will fit all other 1965 and 1966 FULL-SIZE models. though. The car being offered started out life as a 1965 Impala four door sedan. 283 V-8 with three-speed on the column. Manual steering. manual brakes. Spent its whole life in southern California and was put to rest outside Denver. Colorado some 17 years ago. This western chassis is what YOU WANT if your project has ever spent time anywhere in the rust-belt states. Do you live in Ohio or its surrounding states and are just wanting a no hit. no rust frame for your Super Sport hardtop ??? OR >>> Are you in the middle of building up a Saturday night special Biscayne street drag car but you don’t have the right crossmember. Z-shaft. driveshaft. V-8 bell housing or clutch/brake pedals??? How about those pesky steering column covers which are different than the automatic column shift cars are and you just can’t seem to find them on eBay??? Lastly. ow about you guys that have a slip-n-slide powerglide and would just rather be banging through the gears in your Heavy Chevy instead ??? THEN THIS IS THE CAR FOR YOU !!!! What’s more. ALL FIVE 1965 Biscayne dog-dish 14*6 rims are included in this sale. You could say. "So what?". but consider that all ’65 and ‘66 Chevy stamped steel wheels are NOT the same. The Biscayne wheels were painted body color (not black) and have the larger nipples on the hubs to retain those dog dish caps. Standard black GM rims won’t hold on to those caps for long! The front suspension. rear suspension. 10 bolt setup. correct driveshaft and Gabriel air shocks that still hold pressure are all there ! Please email any questions. and send your questions in time for me to answer before the auction ends. If you want additional photos. again. please ask in a timely manner and I will be glad to get them for you. Buyer will be responsible for arranging shipping and for all shipping costs. Plenty of shippers can move it. as it is a rolling chassis.
