The 2nd generation C/K pick-ups sported a new modern look along with a new nickname: "Action Line". The C/K 10's had a reputation for being very reliable, tough and being the workhorse of America. Cosmetically and mechanically, this truck is excellent. The truck is powered by an impressive 454 v8 paired with an automatic transmission. The engine has been... 'freshened up" and runs very well. The carburetor was removed and a Holley fuel injection system was installed. The engine was bored .30 over and given an upgraded cam. At this time it was given new valves and springs along with new rod and main bearings. The engine compartment is highly detailed and shows very well. The 350 turbo transmission has a 2200-2500 stall converter with 205 gear to gear transfer case. It sits on ¾ ton axles with 4:10 front and rear gears. The truck has a 8 inch suspension lift and rides on 385x70 Toyo tires mounted on 18 inch polished aluminum wheels. The interior is in excellent condition and the black and white houdstooth bench seat shows well.
