This is a 1971 Chevelle wagon. Off the road and in storage since 2007, according to the license plate It does not run or drive now.. It is being sold as a builder. A non runner with unknown knowledge of what is there or not there exactly.. This longtime sitter is pretty straight clean and original.307 engine Previous owner was going to pull it and put a big block in there. He said this engine runs, but that is as much as I know. This wagon has original paint,roof rack,and pretty much original interior. Which will need pretty much everything. Pretty much rustfree. Solid floors and rockers. Some rust bubbling on lower front right fender near the door. The spare tire compartment bottom metal has rust. And along the lower right rear window at the chrome trim has some small rust areas. But overall it is nice solid body to work with. I have a fairly new HEI distributor with cap and wires I will include as the engine has no distributor now.. The hood has one hinge inside the car and missing the other side. The driver door is missing the latch so it will not stay closed without the use of a bungy cord,etc, The left rear wheel and tire are the spare and no other rim is in the spare box now.. But it looks like most everything is there.The electric rear window works fine. The 2 way tailgate works but there is some adjustment needed to fully open the barn door swing. It hits against the lower quarter sheetmetal and will damage metal if forced open now. Restore this back to stock. Will not take much at all.Or go custom and slam it to the ground. Either way, this is a very nice solid clean base to start with.. Clean straight title.I travel around mostly the West Coast and might be able to get it to you or close for reasonable money.
