Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1972

I am offering for sale my 1972 Greenwood lemans style wide body corvette. The Car has been in a frame off restoration for the past five years. The list of modifications is long and well documented. The frame and several pieces of the undercarriage were alkaline dipped and powder coated before the reassembly was started. Everything is either in perfect condition or new. The 350 motor is stroked out to a 389 with a 1968 camero LT1 aluminum intake and a holly 750 double pumper carborater on top with electric choke. The motor has rollor rockers. stud girdles and a dirt track cam for that mid to high performance application. Motor. nbsp;carburetor. transmission and differential were all professionally rebuilt. The motor was cranked before the body was reinstalled and I have a video with sound clip of that. I have rewired the engine bay with New OME (Lectric Limited) wire harnesses and have started the wiring of the cockpit. The car also has had a Rack Attack rack and pinion installed and off set trailing arms built by Vansteel. The exhaust is hooker all the way back to the mufflers. The wheels are true period correct Craiger Drag Lites with Mickey Thompson Sportman SR street legal tires and all wheel hubs have the extra long wheel studs to accomodate the drag lite wheels. I have most parts to complete the restoration including the removable back window and hardware. all lights. most interior pieces and a pair of 2001 ZO6 seats and seat belts. The car has no rust problems and the frame is strait. The steering column is the tilt and telescoping model with all new wiring harnesses. The car is equiped with a fuel pump but could easily be converted back to manual fuel pump if you desired such. As well the car has a new Dewitt triple row allumanim radiater with duel cooling fans. This has been a project of love and every detail has been wayed out with the intent of keeping the car myself and keeping the car period correct. I am only offering this car for sale due to a upcoming cross country move. I do have the trailer and location to take if it is not sold.
