1981 Chevrolet K30 original survivor 56K originalmiles. This truck is about as original as one could find. Rare optioned Custom Deluxe with 292ci straight 6 engineTH400 transmission and 205 gear driveTransfer case. Dana 60 up front and 14 bolt with factory posi in the rear. Starts right up and runs and drives great, Steering is tight and the brakes are firm. Basic tune up was recently done with new Module and coil in the distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, plug wires, air filter,and oil change.Everything works correctly on the truck even the factory installed 8 track radio sounds great. Thebody is original there is no rot or rusted through holes.There issurface rust onlower surfaces of the truck. Floor boards inner rockers andcab mounts are all good. The Knapheide flat bedis 8'-4" long and6'-7" wide. Nice set of 285/75/16 tires with over half tread.From 1981-2003 this truck was a northern IL county mosquito abatement sprayer truck.It had a tank, pump, and sprayermounted on the flatbed and floatation type tires itwas only driven in warm weather to spray.In 2003 the truck was purchased by the second owner and only used as a back up work truck. Truck was always stored indoors.I bought the truck in 2020 with intensions of putting a regular bed onit and having it repainted. I hate to sell the truck but Iam running out of indoor storage.I have a fewreceipts back to 2005 forrepairs. in 2005 the truck had 52k miles so less than 5k miles inthe last 15 years.I have a clear IL title for the truck.
