ProjectRestoration. I was a new car dealer in Southern California for many years. Over the years, when we would come across an interesting car I would buy it with the intention of restoring it in the future. Time has past by and a few of them didn't get restored. We have had this car in storage for about 35 years..We believe this car was purchased new in California and traded into us here.

It has a 350 Cu.In. 300 Hp. 4 Brl Carb according to the engine decode. Does not appear to be original engine. We installed 4 new tires, replaced the battery, replaced the coolant hoses, replaced the spark plugs and the plug wires, cleaned the carburator, all the lights work, the wipers work. The engine sounds strong and seems to run good, the transmission shifts. We drove it approximately 15 miles and it drove fine. It looks like the valve covers need new gaskets but that is to be expected. You can watch the video and hear the engine run.
