Selling my father in-laws Rust free Chevrolet 1986 Short Step Side Bed. Has original 5.0 V8 engine, Automatic trans, new Edelbrock carburetor, new fuel pump, Dual saddle tanks (need to be cleaned) I did put a remote tank in it to drive. New 12v Battery all electrical ie): gauges, lights, ignition... Still needs TLC work to be daily driven. It runs and I have driven it around the block several times. He found a new project and just giving up on this Cool 80s Truck. Has complete factory AC system needs recharge.5 Lug Rally Rims with new tires and lug nuts. Very nice carpet, complete dash,comfortable bench seat no rips. He purchased it from the original California owner, the truck has been in Nevada off road for 10 years and not licensed, original California pink slip included.
This is a very straight & rock solid truck...demand in the last year for these desirable square body series has gone through the roof. In a nut shell, if you love old Chevy and GMC trucks it might be because you have memories from the past when riding in one of these old pick ups when new. This is not a museum quality truck rather a original truck that has been loved and cared for its whole life not a trailer queen by any means but it's a cool truck. Any and every-time I work on this truck with my Father in-law we get nothing but waves, thumbs ups, conversation. Great father son custom truck project as is or restore it, must see to appreciate!!!
