1955 chevy stepside 3100.

I bought this as a a small project just as you see here. Running driving truck. All it really need is paint. The mileage on all that has been done to it at this point is 230 miles. What has been done was a few years back. New engine 30 over 350. Aluminum heads, solid lifter roller cam. New turbo 350 Trans with 3000-3500 stall converter with lokar tall floor shifter. New 12 bolt posi rear end with 4:11 gears. 31" tall rear tires. Tires and rim are New, but rims has some pits from years of sitting. Still look good.

Many new body panels. New bed floor with a few blemishes now. New windshield and seals. Other glass good with some scratches.

New gages, ididit tilt column, wiring harness, retro stereo. New Seat and carpet. New door seals. Bumpers are New. Grill is New, but is rusty, pitting from sitting.

Previous owner did all the work. It has a toggle switch to turn on power and a push button starter. I bought a original complete ignition switch, door locks, so all are keyed the same. Just haven't installed.

I bought this with every intention to finish. This was what I wanted, something headed in the direction I was wanting with me to finish to my liking. Now after I had surgery on both knee, I don't have the desire to work on it.

It could use a vacuum pump for proper vacuum for the power brakes, as with the cam, motor is not making enough vacuum.

Truck runs great. Most of what you see is new, just that the truck has been sitting for years unfinished. The door signs are magnetic and can be removed. I would actually like to keep those, unless the buyer wants them.
