Description for Chevrolet C-10 1967
I have a ultra rare 67 Chevy Suburban from Colorado. Can you say matching #'s with only a 138. 00 original miles on the 307 matched with original 4spd trans. The beast cruises at 75 mph all day long on the interstate. I upgraded the rear dif to a 3/4 ton corporate with 3:73 gears. posi and rebuilt the over sized drum breaks. then upgraded the rear with Porterbuilt air bagsand adjustable trac bar. I then added 13' (slotted and drilled) power disc breaks to the front so it has crazy stopping power. The burb rolls on 22's with brand new rubber. the rims are factory steel Chevy wheels used to transport Escalades to the dealerships. they give the truck the stock look but with a custom touch. Interior is all original and even sports curtain rods and the original jack setup. it even has the original wood floor in great shape. I put all new rubber seals on the all the windows and have all new door rubber also. When I say rare I mean rare. we went to the largest East Coast car show and there where only two other out of 6. 00 plus 1972 and older vehicles. one was a 71 the other a 72. This one is even more rare because of the manual 4spd. Super fun to drive. PICS: The very last pic is what the Burb looked like when i first got it. There are also a few pics of the original drum brakes before doing the 13' disc upgrade. BAD: There is rust in the rear lower quarter panels behind the rear wheels. The good is i have new patch panels for new owner to install. That is the only rust on the vehicle which was the main reason I bought it. I didn't want to have to spend thousands in rust repair like most VA vehicles. I hate to see the Burb go but I had my fun. now it's somebody elses turn.
