1969 Chevelle convertible (NO RESERVE)

Up for sale is a 1969 Chevelle Sport coupe that had been converted into a convertible. It will have a clear title for the sport coupe serial number. We discovered this upon beginning the freshening up of this vehicle. and have since found a real convertible body. The firewall has been smoothed a bit. This was a running driving. functional car. It had a full functional top. All of the convertible panels were used and was very difficult to tell it was a conversion had it not been for the welds on the inner quarter panel area and then decoding the vin. You could also see where they had splices the top 2-3 inches of the windshield frame. We were fortunate enough to find an actual convertible body and frame an opted to utilize that for this project. The owner decided that he would rather have a car that was a true convertible with a convertible vin and title. This car does come with some of the parts that we are going new on or replacing.
