I am auctioning off my 1959 Corvette. This car is a pleasure to drive. It runs strong and stops well. The steering and front suspension are tight. This car is finished in Snow Crest white with Silver Coves and a White Convertible top. The interior is the unique Turquoise. only available with Snow Crest White or Crown Sapphire. The seat covers. carpet. door panels and dash pad are all in nice condition. Overall the interior retains the classic stock look. This 1959 has the following options: RPO 101 HeaterRPO 102 AM Signal seeking radioRPO 261 Sun shadesRPO 313 Automatic transmission RPO 440 Tu tone paintRPO 470 Folding topRPO 675 Positraction rearend 3. 70The original 283 was replaced with a strong running. nicely detailed 327 with a correct carter 4 bbl carburetor and air cleaner. Corvette Script aluminum valve covers were installed. The ignition shielding is in place. The generator was replaced with a more modern alternator and the tach runs off a tach drive distributor. The original transmission has been updated to a 700R 4 speed automatic with an original style shifter. This makes it a far nicer Early Corvette to cruise in. This 1959 runs and drives very well. The white paint is older but still shows well. I would rate it as high driver quality. The body is nice with Bonding Strips intact. Some New Weatherstrip has been installed. The Original bumpers. grill and grill ovals are all decent. The original stainless bright work and trim on the car is in fair condition with some blems. All the lights. gauges. horn work as they should. The windows wind up and down nicely. The doors close nicely and the convertible top folds with ease. The car has factory hubcaps with white wall radial tires. This Corvette that has a nice solid frame and undercarriage. The car has been well cared for and enjoyed over the years. This in a Nice Early Solid Axle Corvette that you can drive and enjoy. while watching your investment go up in value. Early round back Corvettes are getting hard to find. get one while you can.
