They have owned the vehicle since  2008 and knew the previous owner since 1996. Originally a Georgia car with a solid rust free body and frame. (Assembled at the Atlanta. GA plant. ) This vehicle  is perfect for driving around and enjoy with the family and/or taking to the car shows. Body & Paint: The vehicle was repainted three (3) years ago. The body and all panels were stripped to bare metal. properly prepped. primed. blocked sanded several times and then  painted. (We have photos during the restoration/painting process. ) This was a very solid vehicle. There is no bondo/body filler on the vehicle. It only needed a few  small metal patches that were installed correctly. The paint is a special custom mixed "Pure Pink Pearl" along with a "Jet Black" color. PPG paint with 5 coats of  clear. Under the lights and the sun. this pink pearl color really pops. The paint and body work is flawless. The doors. fenders. hood and trunk were all correctly  aligned and have the proper gaps. Please take a moment to view the photos looking down the sides on the vehicle. It has a very deep shine and is very straight without  any waves. door dings. dents or chips. The door jam areas look great along with the aluminum sill plates. New rubber weather stripping was also installed after the  paint job. Chrome & Trim: A lot of the trim pieces are new. Including the chrome headlight bezels. turn signal bezels. lower rocker moldings. door handles. hood ornament. emblems. and mirrors.   While the exterior stainless steel trim was removed during painting. it was all prepped and polished. The stainless steel trim pieces are in excellent condition  without any dents. dings. or scratches. The chrome bumpers and bumper guards are very nice. The front bumper has a small area where the chrome is getting a little  thin. The stock grille is in excellent condition without any dings or dents. Interior: All new interior including the seats. door panels. console. carpet. and headliner. The seats have suede inserts and pink piping that ties into the exterior color  scheme. A custom Chevrolet Bowtie design were embroidered into the seats. There is a new Grant steering wheel that was professionally painted to match the exterior  color. The interior is also fitted with a new B&M Star floor shifter and Pioneer AM/FM/CD player. All of the gauges are working except for the speedometer. (It needs  the correct plastic gear for the new 3. 83 ratio rear-end. This gear is easily installed into the side of the transmission where the speedometer cable attaches. ) The  factory clock is only correct twice a day. The rest of the electrical components are woring correcly. (Lights. wipers. gauges. horns. turn signals. radio. etc. )  Engine Compartment: This engine compartment is extremely clean and highly detailed. ready for any shows or events. It sports a small block 350 Chevy engine that is fitted with chrome  valve covers. air cleaner. and battery box. The vehicle is equipped with power brakes and power steering making it easy to drive.  It also has new hood springs and  hoses. Please view the "Mechanical" section for more details on this power plant. Trunk Compartment: The trunk area is also highly detailed. It is fitted with new panels and carpeting that matches the interior along with the embroidered Chevrolet Bowtie design. The  spare tire also has a custom made cover. The original type of bumper jack and jacking tools are included. The trunk floor pans are solid with no rust or any rust  repairs. Very solid vehicle.   Chassis - Frame & Undercarriage: Clean and very solid. Original floor pans with no repairs. no weak spots or rust problems. No repairs or rust issues on the frame. The brake and fuel lines are all in  good condition. The vehicle has an under body neon glow lights installed. The color is called "Dust Rose".   Glass: All of the glass is in great shape. There are no cracks. chips. or scratches. The rear glass window was recently replaced. All of the side windows go up and down  without any problems. Wheels & Tires: All four (4) of the chrome Majestic wheels are new with new chrome lug nuts and valve stems. The front are 15" x 4. 75". and the rear are 15" x 7".  The B. F. Goodrich  tires are like new with less than 500 miles on them. Front: P215R65-15 and Rear: P245R60-15 Mechanical: Engine: This Chevy 350 engine has a 280/480 competition cam with Speed Pro lifters. Chromoly pushrods with welded ends. 10. 5 to 1 compression ratio. Approximately 400  horsepower. It has an Edelbrock intake and Edelbrock Performance carburetor. New Hedman headers. Melling high volume oil pump. 2 fuel pumps which are selectable via a  switch. The engine runs great and does not leak. smoke. or burn oil. Transmission - Rear End: The transmission is a Turbo 350 with a shift kit installed. The transmission was removed in 2013 and gone over. All internal and external seals were replaced. new pump  brushing and filter. It also has a high stall torque converter. (Stall is approximately 600-800 RPM higher than stock. ) It is working and shifting great with no leaks.   The rear end is a non-posi with a 3. 83:1 ratio. No problems.   Brakes: Power brakes with newer brake shoes. There are no leaks or other problems with brake system. The brakes do not squeal. fade. pull or pulsate.   Suspension: Power steering. New air shocks in rear. Ball joints and tie rod ends were replaced when needed. It steers and drives very well with no know problems.   Exhaust: The dual exhaust system is in great shape. New Hedman headers feeding into glass pack type mufflers with chrome "Bowtie" exhaust tips. It sounds great with just the  right amount of rumble. History - Awards: Current owner purchased the vehicle in September 2008. They knew the vehicle and previous owner before purchasing the car going back to 1996. They have all the  paperwork and receipts for the vehicle dating back to 1996. (Receipts for everything that was done to the car. ) Recently. the vehicle won first place in it's class at the 2015 I-X Center Piston Power Show in Cleveland. Ohio.
