Description for Chevrolet C-10 1972
Up for auction is this slammed (the right way!) 1972 C10 custom short bed fleetside pickup with the original A1 title. This truck gets TONS of attention!! Unlike most bagged trucks that look cool laid out until they have to be picked up to be driveable. this is the truck's actual ride height. It rides great and looks cool all the time not just when it's parked. There are no air leaks to leave you stranded with no way to drive. Trust me. I've been there. done that and it sucks. The 6/8 static drop was achieved by using drop spindles. drop springs. monster C-notch. and relocated shocks on all 4 corners for a smooth ride. This means it rides this low with plenty of suspension clearance for a great ride and looks killer coming down the road. Being a '72. of course it is 5 lug disc brakes. has power steering. and SBC 350 V8 power with HEI ignition and flowmaster exhaust. The truck has a 350 turbo hydromatic transmission that shifts smooth and goes in and out of gear well. It hits the road great and is a real pleasure to drive. I would get in it and go anywhere. All of the lights and signals are in working order. The body is Chevrolet medium blue with double moldings and a white top. It has some minor dings and scratches that only add character to it's killer patina. Although there is some minor rust in places. the important pieces like the cab corners. rockers. and floor have all been properly repaired to make this a solid daily driver/ shop truck. In one of the pics it shows the full caps on the wheels which comes with the sell. however. I prefer to run it without them. Overall. this is an extremely cool. good looking. reliable truck that is a pleasure to drive and own. Unlike the $50k trailer queens. you won't be scared to get in this truck and actually drive it! If you have been looking for a great daily driver or shop truck don't miss your chance. you won't be disappointed. As you can see in my feedback. I have sold many high ticket items both here and internationally with repeat customers (references upon request). However. please do not wait until the last minute to bid as most of my auctions end early due to a buy it now or a deal being struck before the auction closes. Message me or call me if you have any questions. Jeremy 864-940-4576. Thanks and good luck!Note: This truck is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time. This truck has a non-refundable $500 deposit so PLEASE SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!!
