1963 Chevrolet Corvette with Tremec 5 Speed

I bought this Corvette on Ebay in 2010. Drove it 4 or 5 times and it has been stored ever since. It is registered in my name and is on a California Non-Op. I have done nothing to the car except drive it. It has a Tremec 5 speed transmission and a non original 327 motor. Engine block # 3892657. The previous owner stated the following about the motor.
