The 1955 second series offered standardoptions and add-ons such as 12-volt electrical systems. the first V8. andfleet-side 6-foot. 7-foot. and 8-foot-length beds.  1955 was the firstyear for the new body style. New "wrap-around" windshield was a truckindustry first. and an optional wrap-around rear window for Deluxe cabs. 1957was the only year for more open grille. The hood is flatter with two spears ontop. similar to the 1957 Bel Air.
