Here is a very nicely restored 1972 Chevrolet El Camino. Chevelle SS Clone. tribute car. It has been completely redone just a couple of years ago. and comes with a completely rebuilt 350 v-8. with an MSD ignition. new Edelbrock 650 carb. shorty headers. a healthy street cam. chrome covers. and air filter. new P/S pump. New steering gear box. a TH350 transmission. that was all rebuilt approx. 15. 00 miles ago on the running gear. It has a number of chrome underhood items. hinges. radiator top support. and very nice appointments. The SS application parts include emblems. a cowl induction hood. with racing stripes done in black. a very nice red paint on the car. straight. no damage. as this is an original Ca. car free from rust. It is running on polished American 5 spoke wheels. 15x7 in front and 15x8. 5 in rear with deep offset. newer BFG T/A radial tires. Flowmaster dual exhaust. dumping over rear axle. The interior has been completely redone with premium black upholstery . new carpet. new dash. all new Auto Meter gauges and speedometer. that is showing 2900 miles since that was installed. It has a Vintage Air heat control switches. no A/C. a premium C/D player and speaker sound system. very nicely done. rear speaker boxes behind seat. everything in interior was completely finished; door panels. headliner. etc. The exterior paint is very nice Red. with black stripes on cowl hood. with only a slight ding in drivers door. that is not bad at all. just needed to mention that. It comes with a hydraulic lift rear bed cover. that is black vinyl surface. to close up the bed area flush with bed sides. It has had new front brake rotors. calipers. upper and lower control bushings replaced. rides and steers very well. Gabriel Air shocks on rear. and new front shocks also. This is a very tastefully done tribute to the SS Chevelle El Camino. and runs and sounds great. as well as knockout looks.
