Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1972
I am selling this car for a relative who has dementia and can no longer drive. 1972 Corvette Stingray. numbers matching drivetrain. Four speed. Burgandy with ghost light cranberryaccents on thecenter ofthe hood and both doors. The paint looks good with some touched up dings and pits.Asmall area above the passenger wheel wellshows bubbling 1 .5 inch paint splitas pictured. 1980's or 1990's paint. 105000 miles on the car. Thebumpers are shinny andnot pitted. The front bumper has a ding in itpictured.
The spare tire is the original never used Firestone F 70 15.
The original color was Ontario orange.The interior is the original Saddle color.it looks good with light wear.The cardrivesgood and tight. shifts nice hasa new clutch pressure plate and throw out bearing. Tires are new. Exhaust looks real good. the frame is real solid.
It will need a tune up.It smells rich when started.It has been sitting in the garage for Quitea while.
The headlights workopen and close.The heater and fan work.The wipers do not function although the wiper motor is brandnew. The tach works but the needle is broken. All the gauges work and the clock. All of the domefloor lights work. The passenger door adjar dash light works but not the driver side.
the radio lights up but does not work. Overall a Number 3 driver car that has not been abused or sat outside. E-Mail any questions or info.
