Im pretty sure this is a 1940 truck. Restoration has been started. Body and frame are painted. Only rust is in the floor area under the seat. Tires hold air but need replacing due to weathering. Air system needs work. Needs a fuel tank. Passenger side hood hinge area needs work/replacing (currently not attached).
