Description for Chevrolet Corvette 1969
1969 Corvette Coupe, 27/400hp, speed. This is a very original example that you can either chose to partially restore, ully restore or just enjoy it as it is! It,s matching #'s engine that's documented with the Tank Sticker. It was in the hands of the previous owner since '88. The interior is all original, s well as a large portion of the paint. Just completed a service on the car and it really runs and drives great! Options include factory a/c (not currently functioning), /b, /s, m/fm radio and tilt/tele steering wheel. Not many of these 400 a-c Coupes were built. The car had a repair on the lower passenger side rear quarter, nd was spotted in there and up onto the rear deck, his was done many years ago. The rest of the car is original un hit panels. Overall the paint has a very nice shine, f course there are a few imperfections such as chips and scratches as you would expect from paint this old. All imperfections are detailed in the photos, he car looks great I personally would not paint the car. Interior is original as stated earlier, he driver seat has a tear in the seat bottom and back. The original carpet is nice but wore through over the high beam headlight button. The remainder of the interior is very nice and shows wear that you would expect from a 46 year old car. The 60,000 miles are correct, nd documentation on current title. Under the hood is also original, he only component not original is the water pump, robably a hose or two and maybe some clamps. The bottom of the car is unrestored also, he front exhaust pipes are original pipes with correct GM part numbers. Transmission is original, id. pipes and mufflers are correct replacement, riginal spare is present. The car has been very well maintained and runs and drives great. I know a lot of people throw the Survivor word around, think this car might fits that category. This is a nice documented car that when you look at it you know exactly what it is. The car is being sold on a clear open California title. You should be able to enlarge pictures on slide show, r possibly click on the photobucket icon and should go to the photobucket site.
