1966 Chrysler Crown Imperial

I picked up this nice Imperial. Car is in good condition. I bought it from the original family. Car is all there and all original except for the motor. The motor is a 1970 440. I was told it was replaced some time way back in the day. When I bought it, t had been sitting since 1999. I gave it a Good bath inside and out. I put a new battery in it and some fresh gas and it started right up. I have driven it around a 100 miles and the motor runs really nice and shifts great. As of right now the alternator must be shot. It starts right up on a jump but is otherwise dead. Car is all there. The older gentleman who owned it passed away years ago. I bought it of his grandson. He told me that his grandfather towed campers with it to there camper dealership for how long I don't know. When he replaced the motor he must have had a oil cooler put on and a a extra trans cooler. You can see the lines coming out the oil pan. Pretty neat I thought. Car rides nice. Make a great cruiser. With a little work could be a beaut.
