1966 Imperial crown convertible original 440

Description for Chrysler Imperial 19660000

Current owner since 1979 with all registration slips present. Repainted black in 1979 and the seats and carpet were beautifully refinished in 1980. The rest of the interior is original and in very good condition. All glass is good and the plastic rear window is very good. Top and rear window were replaced in 1980 and since the car was stored well and used sparingly, t is still in nice shape. The paint is showing some aging and is not the original color.It was Cream/off white. The interior is a light gold color. The seats were refinished in the exact pattern but not in leather. The 440 appears to be completely original and starts/runs very well. ;smooth running and driving car. No smoke when started or when driven. transmission works quiet and smooth. It needs to have the tires replaced to be road worthy. It had 9700 miles put on it since 79.The name of the previous owner is still with the car with a transfer registration from him to the current owner. Overall a Solid car; power windows all work. Power seats work but need TLC. Am fm radio and power antenna work great power trunk works great.
