Up for sale is a 1978 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham sedan. All original paint, top & interior. Needs a bit of clean up and polishing. Cream & Gold interior and exterior. 100,833 miles.
This has all the features a mid-70's luxury car should have: A/C, Power windows, locks, seats, steering, brakes, trunk release, tilt & telescopic steering wheel, remote mirrors, automatic transmission. A big 440 V-8 engine with a big fuel tank means you can cruise a long time in this rolling living room.
AM/FM 8-track stereo still works. Not sure what an 8-track is? Google it!
New front brakes & shocks. New radiator. New Edelbrock carburetor. New fuel pump. New tires.
A new "Electronic Lean Burn" decal is included so you can repaint the air cleaner housing and lid.
The only thing that would need fixing, other than cosmetic, is the driver's side, REAR door window does not go down and a recharge on the A/C.
There is a slight crease in the sheet metal on the driver's side rear quarter panel just in front of the rear bumper...easy fix.
This car is almost 40 years old, still running and in one piece. This car will qualify for antique plates or Year-Of-Manufacture plates in Missouri. Check your state for this qualification.
