Description for Datsun roadster 1600 1966

After 6 years I decided to sell. Too busy with other stuff and don't see it in my future. I bought this from a dealer in Ohio. It was listed as having about 14,000 miles on it. Was on the title too. I don't think so. The story goes, the dealer got it via California. LA based, one family owned car. Looked like a semi restoration on paint and overall body, as it looks pretty good, except for ragged bumpers. Things underside look pretty good, with some surface rust. Only put on about 500 miles in 6 years, summer driving, stored in my garage. Runs and sounds great. Transmission shifts pretty well. I have the big pictures on my link, at end. NUMBERS MATCH.
Things I did in those 6 years. Painted instrument panel black wrinkle, removing pealing wood grain stick on. Did a little touch up under hood, mostly surface rust under battery. I intended to detail under carriage, but never got around to it. I fixed accelerator linkage, would not go full throttle. I made a slight adjustment to balance carbs. Applied a scratch pen to a couple scratches where it looked like someone was fumbling trying to put a top on.
The bad. A computer case rolled on car putting a scratch dent in front of left rear wheel. There is some leakage from transmission, although in 6 years my garage floor had very little on it. A little oil from engine, but minor. The heater flow valve cable broke right after I got it. I attempted to replace, but my dexterity failed. I tried to put in a thermostat on cooling, as it was missing. Had trouble getting thermostat chimney off, so I left thermostat off. I was thinking Ca. car might have thought better cooling. It runs 150 to 170 on the road as it is. The window side vents are missing locks. I have some various looking ones in my parts box, don't know if they can be used. Car has a bit of idle miss now. Have not fooled with valves or ignition parts. Ignition parts, wiring look old. Ragged looking bumpers close up. Some pitting. Right headlight liner has pitting. Overall chrome looks decent with some pitting. Tires look good, unknown age. Small cut in dash shown in complete picture link.
I got a parts box with my purchase. I assumed its part of the history of the vehicle. Clutch and brake parts. Carb float, some rubber molding, some kind of top covers. A folding top, looks ragged, broken latch. I never got around to investigating repair. This all goes with car. Seems like not all tire accessories are there in trunk. Not sure.
I expect down payment of $500 within 48 hours of winning bid. Final payment within 7 days,
