This is a 1981 DeLorean DMC-12. Vehicle has 32,246 miles.Manual transmission-VEHICLE RUNS WELL. It was driven 50 miles on 7/8/2018.AC, power windows, radio, horn, turning signals, lights inside & out- ALL WORK WELL.Seats are in EXCELLENT CONDITION.Both door seals have been replaced.History on the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased from an estate sale in February 2018, in Illinois. Prior to purchase, the vehicle was under a tarp for 2 years. Upon purchase the vehicle was moved to a local mechanic. The mechanic went through the car from top to bottom, replacing and repairing various items throughout the vehicle. $3500 worth of work was performed. I have 5 pages of detailed mechanical work that I will provide to serious inquiries only.The vehicle history report shows no damage or salvage title. Car was originally titled to an owner in Virginia until 2013. From what I can see from this report this makes me the 4th owner. The rear view mirror is signed "Christoper Lloyd and Michael J. Fox." However, I cannot verify that this is their signature. Upon purchase I located the rear view mirror wrapped in plastic inside the glove box. In line with the "Back To The Future" films, it has a "flux capacitor" and "hover board" which came with the vehicle when purchased.For the age of the vehicle it truly is in good shape and runs well. The vehicle needs attention in these areas:- cracked dashboard- have purchased replacement and is included with sale.- one small paint bubble on the front bumper.- one small ding in the left rear quarter panel.- steering wheel does have normal wear- carpet has some wear, no rips.Vehicle has no warranty and is sold "AS IS."I am located in Central Illinois, 2.5 hours south of Chicago and 1.5 hours west of Indianapolis.SERIOUS INQUIRIES may email me for further information and more pictures:
