Barn Find- Unrestored Numbers Matching - Genuine 68 Charger R/T

Description for Dodge Charger 1968

1968 Dodge Charger R/T 440. Numbers matching engine and trans. I bought this car about 10 years ago from the 2nd owner who let it sit for over a decade.Rare options include : power windows and front headrests. Indash 8 track player (needs servicing). Engineruns strong but has a leaking freeze plug at the back of right head. Appears the engine has never been out, either has the a/c system.No major rust other than the trunk floor, runk filler panel behind the rear glass and one area on the top of the roof. Undercarriage has only surface rust. Front disc brake have been upgraded and car stops good.Body has a few dents on the front fenders, nd one onthe door. Quarter panels are questionable . Need to blast the bondo first and see if they should be replaced. Windshield need replacing. Rest of glass in great shape and the doors close so nicely. Interior needs complete restoration. ( no carpet, eadliner, oor panels, r center console base.)
