Description for Dodge Challenger 1971
1971 Dodge ChallengerUp for sale is (1) 1971 Dodge Challenger. This is originally a 318/904 console car which has been replaced by a 1973 440 engine and 727 transmission. The engine does not currently run, ut turns over freely, as great compression, nd was a running engine when it was installed. The engine is 100% complete from air cleaner to Oil Pan.
I don't know a ton about the car as I haven't spent a ton of time with it but with a newborn daughter I doubt I'll have a ton of time to work on it. It has a clear title, nd is I'd say about 85% complete. The car has had the rear quarters replaced and been repainted to a dark maroon color. The car is originally Yellow with black interior. The trunk is in rough shape and the passenger side rear frame rail looks to be toast. The other rail looks to be ok, lease see pics. It needs a front windshield as well. I took the interior out, ook pics of the floors and interior and put the interior back in. There is no fender tag but all other numbers match up and match up with the title. This is a car with typical rust, ut is fairly complete and does have the potential to be restored into whatever you want it to be. Oh, nd yes, realize it has a '70 grill in it. It does have a great original RT hood that comes with the car. It's already been prep'd ready for paint.
