The Chrysler Corporation produced the multi-passenger Dodge Ram van from 1971 through 2003. The automaker based the van on the Dodge Ram pickup truck with identical designations. The van came as the half-ton 1500, he 3/4--ton 2500 and the 1-ton 3500 models.
The engine of this 1994 Dodge Ram is a 5.2-liter V8, enerating 225 horsepower and 295 ft.-lbs. of torque. The engines belonged to Dodge's Magnum family of engines. The Ram vans featured a Quigley factory 4x4 conversion with 4X high and 4X low gear. Looking hubs in th front. The vans were equipped with ventilated front disc brakes and rear drums. The axle ratio was 3.92:1.
The Dodge is 208.5 inches long on a 127.4-inch wheelbase.
Condition:
The motor has a new alternator, attery and serpentine belt. The battery does currently not get charged, here seems to be a faulty ground of disconnected wire, his would need to get fixed before the vehicle can be taken on long trips. The van has been taken on short trips around town, o it has not been a issue for our use.
The van has very low miles for its age and the interior is pretty clean. This vehicle has only been driven less than 1000 miles a year for the past 8 years. The van has a 8 disc changer and a custom installed hightop with windows.
This is a pretty rare vehicle, uigley only reported around 9000 Dodge conversions.
4X4 system is in great shape. Manual front locking hubs, igh and Low 4X4, igh can be engaged, hile driving.
New Battery (less than 3 Month old), ew Exhaust, ew Alternator, ew Belt. The van has a trailer hitch mount installed.
Rust:
The van is rusty. The New England weather has not been kind. Please see images for details. The van has rust damage all throughout the different panels. It would need to be repaired if taken on longer trips, r used as a daily driver. The frame in the front is pretty solid, ut the rear suspension mounts are rusted off on one the right side, nd need to be replaced.
