Description for Dodge Ramcharger 1986
I have a two wheel drive 1986 ramcharger. This is a chassis only with no engine or transmission. It was originally a 360 vehicle. I am unsure of the original transmission. I bought it as a project to either put an engine into, r set the body over onto a 4x4 frame. I just know I am not going to get around to it. The body itself is very solid, side from some rust in the lower right quarter panel. It has good floors, doors and fenders (right fender has a dent). The interior needs work as well. The front seatbelts, nd the panels that go around the rear windows are missing. As is the headliner.
The inner fenders and gas tank are off and in the back of the vehicle. The battery has also been relocated to this location for whatever reason. I don't know anything relating to why all this was done. Drivers seat has a few small tears and the passenger side is good. As is the rear seat. Headliner trim needs to be installed. As stated this was someones project, o I may be missing something.
The AutoCheck report shows this vehicle being in the state of Texas from new until mid 2005. This would explain why there isn't much rust on it anywhere. You don't find them like this here in the salt belt very often. Don't let it get away.
