We are auctioning TWO 1968 Dodge Dart GTS's in one auction, oth are restoration projects. The late 60's and early 70's A Body's seem to be coming very desirable - almost like a BOOM is going on so you might want to get in on this package deal before someone else swoops in and grabs them up ! I'll talk about the Dark Green one first -It has a mostly solid body, uper solid trunk - no patching of any kind needed there. Frame rails are excellent. Someone over the years has butchered up the hump in the floor pan for the shifter but we already have a section cut out of another car for that. The body does have dings in it, nbsp;looks like there was some work done on both quarters at one time because the paint is checking but only on quarter panels. It really is a nice car for a restoration. There is a 69 bulge hood to go with car, ts not rusty at all but is bent up in the front section and it is red. I think it was from a Swinger 340 Dart. Again, here is an excellent donor hood that goes with car if grafting the bulges is your desire. Trunk lid is from a GT Dart and is Blue. The only seats we have for this Dark Green GTS is the back seat. There is a box of parts that is in car that goes with car. We have ALL the glass for this car, indshield, ack window and drivers door window. The rest of glass is still in car. Also the rubber gaskets for front and back window are in car. The rear end is an 8 3/4 with a 4.56 Posi - NOT A SPOOL. All front and back window trim is there, ew front and back window trim clips also, here is a MINT CONDITION Hood front leading edge trim included, iring harnesses go with car. Super nice dash and dash pads, hough pads may need to befreshenedup color wise. There is no Fender Tag or Buildsheet with this car - the Vin tells you it was a 340 car, ront fenders are original to car and had the GTS emblems already. There is no engine for this car either BUT - we have an A-Body 4 speed complete with linkage and Shifter that goes with car if you desire to put a 4 speed in it. There is a clear title for car as well.The lighter Green Dart GTS -This Dart is numbers matching, riginal 340, ransmission and rear end ( which is not a Sure Grip ) bu this GTS is a factory AC car and rumor is, n mid 80's the owner of this Dart was being chased by the Law and put the car in ditch and bent up right front fender and bumper and dented the hood. The Dart hasn't been on the road since 1985 ! Odometer states 38,839 miles and it is said to be original - hard to say. Previous owner use to go out and fire it up once a month or so and then just stopped. Hasn't run in a few years but engine is not froze up and we are convinced that we could just trickle some gas down carburetor and it would fire right up. We don not have original air cleaner. This Dart GTS is also a stripe delete car and came with 2 thin black pin stripes at the belt line. We only have the drivers bucket seat for this car, o others. This car has its fender tag and title and Vin but no broadcast or Build sheet. This Dart needs the most metal repair BUT frame rails are all good. New floor pans would really take a bulk out of the metal needing repair.

My personal opinion is the 68 Dart is the best, t was the only year Dodge stuffed 426 Hemi's in them and alot of people are making up replicas of these Hemi Darts and if you desire to build it and sell it - can't lose either.
