Description for Dodge Coronet 1970
if you can't pay, b>don't bid. If you have questions, lease call or text me at 316-250-8498. That is the fastest way to get a response. I encourage you to come take a look in person if you are remotely close enough.
From the factory, his was a ver cool, isually striking Super Bee! Factory options (see pictures of fender tag) include FC7 (metallic purple) paint, ARE white painted top (V02), hite stripe, hite interior/door panels, 83/4bbl, nd 4 speed manual transmission. It's much more solid then the first glance shows. I don't think its ever been repainted. Most of the original paint has baked off in the Oklahoma sun and it's got dings/dents but its structurally much better then the majority of salt belt cars. The front frame rails and torsion bar cross member are rock solid. The right rear frame rail is solid; the left rear frame rail willneed repaired/replaced (see pictures). The cabin floor pans are ingreatshape with just a few small holes (see pictures). The center of the trunk pan was cut out at some point and will need replaced. The front windshield channel is in great shape. The rear quarters will need some dents worked out and some lower patches but they can be saved. The dutchman's panel was removed so that will need replaced. The hood flew up on the last owner when transporting so the hood will need replaced, ut the hood scoops are in good shape and could be swapped over/used on another hood.
The original engine/trans/differential are long gone; an 8.75" rear housing is under the car without any differential. I haveboth headlight assemblies, ront/rear bumpers, nd a rust free extra driver's door shell. I also have a 1970 coronet tail finish panel, aillights, uarter panel extensions, ooling fan, arker light cores, ost of the instrument panel switches, ew cardboard cubby, love box door, air of sun visors, everal aftermarket air cleaners/housings, ide mirror, oor handle, indshield wiper arms, istributor, adio bezel, have a pair of grills that have some damage but they may be fixable. I have all the drivers side glass and the passenger door glass. I have most if not all of the wiring harnesses. The original white front bench seat is present but will need new foam/recovered. The rear seat is black and will need redone as well. I have the original dash frame with VIN plate (still held on by factory rosette rivets) in my shop, long with the heater box. There is a column laying in the car but it's from some automatic column shift car. I don't have a cluster for this car.
I have an open/clear Oklahoma title (issued in1979) that was signed over from the previous owner. I also have the fender tag and complete build sheet (see pictures). If you have questions, lease call me at 316-250-8498.
If you can't pay, don't bid. I don't take payments...and I would prefer this car to be picked up in person and paid for with cash because I don't want it picked up by some random transporter and then you don't like it when it gets to you.
