Description for Dodge Charger 1969

Rare 1 of 29 produced 1969 Dodge Charger R/T Special Edition with the factory power sunroof option. This Charger is LOADED with cool options including air conditioning, power disk brakes, power steering, power windows, leather seats, driver six way adjustable seat, am 8 track radio, rear speaker w/ fader control, tic-toc-tach It is not numbers matching, but I will include a date code correct 1969 HP2 engine and 1968 big block 727 transmission which will need rebuilding as I do not know the condition of them. The engine spins over and will be installed in the car in place of the current engine in it now(70 hp). The car was special ordered by a Dealership owner for his son and when he blew the transmission a few months later, he sold it to the last owner, who titled the car in August 1970. It has been parked for quite a while and the previous owner sold the engine and trans out of it and it went into a Newport??? for some reason or another. I do not have a build sheet, but I do have the original fender tag(is rusty/ but legible). The previous owner has the build sheet in a file somewhere and is looking for it...along with finding the number to the guy who bought the engine.... But who knows if anything will turn up.

The rear window area and rear tail section sheet metal is fairly rusty and what I would call typical for a Charger. The floor pans are nice with only two small areas of rust through- driver side front under gas pedal, under back passenger seat bottom. The roof needs a couple patches also and I would call them typical Charger rust areas. The trunk pan will need to be replaced also. I have a nice original replacement deck lid that will go with the car, and a rust free rear tail panel that was cut off a 70 charger that is also include. The black police wheels currently on the car are the only wheels included.
Dont miss your chance to get one of the rarest 69 Chargers on the planet!
$500.00 deposit due within 24hrs of auction end. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have and take additional photos or meet to view the car.
