1983 dodge rampage mini pickup truck 5 speed 2 seater needs work please read

relisted due to non paying bidder if you don't want it don't bid on it thanks please read as I do not wish to mislead anyone in any way this needs work I don't know a lot about this bought it off an older gentlemen (mechanic for over 30 years )who drove it as a daily driver 4 a few years then parked it in his garagefora year needed room so I bought itdrove it home and parked in my garage for awhile now I need the room if you are local and want to come look it over before bidding contact me through ebay messages call or text at 570 396 3709 few things I noticed wrong with it
1- someone cut cross support offinside of hood and notched out top of bumper a little not sure why2-radio don't work 3-tach don't work 4-battery weak 5-runs rough (been sitting sure need fresh gas and tune up ran great when I drove it homes6-underneathRUSTY may need patching or repairs depends on what state you are from (state inspections very so I don't know if it will pass )7-has been painted not perfect drivers side fender fin tip is black passengers side all green (not sure if any body work has been done to it bondo?8-oil leak looks like maybe valve cover dried out from sitting 9-outer ignition ring turns without key (will not start without key )
ok now the gooddoes run (rough)and drive rides fine for a 83 rampage has newer tires was told by last owner has newer tie rod ends and ball joints its not a show car but with work and repairs would make a what the heck is that thing daily driver as stated not tryin to get over on anyone tried listed as honest as I can and hope ya read all description before placing a bid thanks
