Description for Dodge Charger 1974
AnAttorney in Oklahoma City, Ok started this project in 2009. At that time the motor, transmission, differential, driveline and front-end (including the brakes) where completely redone. He started this project for his two sons. When the running gear was finished the car was taken to a local body shop. All bodywork has been completed and the vehicle has no rust. The father took his two son to the body shop and asked what color they wanted it painted- both sons told their father they were not interested in the car, they only wanted new cars. The motor was bored .30 over, the rod and mains were standard at that time the engine was balanced and blueprinted. It has an aluminum high-rise intake and holley carburetor, and high-performance cam and lifters.
New aftermarket wheels and tires were installed in 2009 also.
The car had been stored in the family's garage since 2009 the father past away in 2013. I was notified by his estate planner at which time i bought the vehicle.
Thevehiclewas bought newNovember 1973 and this was an original owner project. The car only had 36,760 miles when all the work was started. This car has only been started 4 times since the project began. Other than the interior work and paint this vehicle only needs a radiator (which had been stolen before we bought the car).
I am soon to be 80 years young this month and the wife says all the project have to go--.
I can provide assistance to help load this vehicle on transport but all arrangements for shipping must be made by the buyer.
